The Cherry Creek North GID proposal is currently in progress, with some residents viewing it as an additional property tax burden that offers little benefit. In contrast, others believe the proposed enhancements and safety measures could significantly improve the neighborhood’s security and overall quality of life. CherryCreek.Life thinks the process is in the data gathering phase, and thus, waiting to analyze the information after all the surveys have been completed is the best course of action (See Podcast Below).
CherryCreek.Life talked with the Cherry Creek North Neighborhood Association (CCNNA) about the GID, and CCNNA expressly stated that the association is not taking a stand on the issue. It only serves as a source of information, allowing the neighborhood to make decisions as individuals.
